The veteran actor visited Lalbaugcha Raja on September 22, but instead of arriving with wife Sunita Ahuja, he was spotted alongside his Roopa co-star Komal Rani Swarnkar. And here’s where things get interesting — Sunita had visited the same pandal just a few hours earlier, alone.

Dressed in a classic white kurta-pyjama, Govinda arrived to seek Bappa’s blessings, while Komal looked every bit festive in a red saree paired with traditional jewellery and bangles. The two offered prayers and Govinda also participated in the final aarti before they were spotted outside acknowledging the paparazzi.
Now, had this been just another celebrity Ganpati visit, nobody would have blinked twice. But considering the ongoing chatter around Govinda and Komal, their joint appearance instantly became a talking point.
And Then There’s Sunita Ahuja…
Earlier the same day, Sunita Ahuja had made her own visit to Lalbaugcha Raja. She sought Bappa’s blessings separately, making the sequence of events particularly noticeable amid the continuing public speculation surrounding her marriage to Govinda.
The timing has naturally sent Bollywood gossip circles into overdrive. But it is worth keeping one thing straight: Govinda and Komal have not publicly confirmed that they are romantically involved. Their names have been linked in reports and social-media discussions, while Govinda’s manager has previously rejected reports of a second marriage.
The Komal Rani Connection Isn’t New
Komal Rani Swarnkar, who is set to make her Bollywood debut with Govinda in Roopa, has been in the spotlight ever since the two were spotted together at Mumbai airport earlier this year. Their public appearances have fuelled speculation, particularly after Sunita made comments about Govinda’s equation with the newcomer.
