Shah Rukh Khan’s Low-Key Ambani Ganpati Appearance Has Fans Talking

Shah Rukh Khan may have skipped the paparazzi outside Antilia, but the superstar was very much part of the Ambani family’s Ganpati celebrations.

While several Bollywood celebrities happily posed for the cameras outside the Ambani residence on September 14, SRK chose to keep things low-key. For a while, it even seemed like the actor had given the celebration a miss, especially after wife Gauri Khan was spotted arriving at Antilia.

But as it turns out, Shah Rukh was quietly inside.

An inside picture from the festivities later surfaced online, putting all the speculation to rest. The actor was seen posing with Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani during the family’s Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations. The pictures were shared by former MP Achyuta Samanta and quickly caught the attention of Shah Rukh’s fans.

Shah Rukh Khan Keeps His Festive Look Simple

Unlike the star-studded paparazzi arrivals outside Antilia, Shah Rukh kept his appearance understated. He was dressed in an all-white outfit and sported a short haircut, looking effortlessly relaxed as he joined the celebrations.

Gauri Khan was also spotted outside the Ambani residence. The celebration brought together several big names from Bollywood, including Salman Khan, Kareena Kapoor, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Ranveer Singh, Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal.

SRK Had Already Revealed His Ganpati Plans

Interestingly, Shah Rukh had recently spoken about his own Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations during an AskSRK session on X. The actor had revealed that the festival at Mannat would be a family affair, with Gauri performing the aarti before the visarjan.

He also shared that his children and close friends come together during the festival to pray, spend time with one another and enjoy some laughter at home.

So while SRK chose to stay away from the paparazzi frenzy at Antilia, his quiet appearance eventually became one of the talking points from the celebration. True to his style, the superstar managed to attend one of Mumbai’s biggest celebrity gatherings without making a grand entrance.

What’s Next For Shah Rukh Khan?

On the work front, Shah Rukh continues to keep fans curious about his upcoming projects. The actor has been gearing up for King, directed by Siddharth Anand, which is scheduled to hit theatres on December 24.

For now, though, it was his low-key Ganpati appearance rather than a red-carpet-style arrival that had fans talking.
