In a recent interview with Mamaraazzi, Vriddhi Patwa pulled back the curtain on one of the biggest turning points in her journey inside the house, revealing why she deliberately chose not to confront Kushal during the first week despite privately disagreeing with him. The reality star admitted that her silence wasn’t weakness—it was strategy.

Vriddhi candidly confessed that she had already formed opinions about Kushal early on and even spoke negatively about him in private conversations. However, she wasn’t afraid to own up to it.
“I have no shame admitting that. I used to talk sh*t about him,” she said, explaining that her decision to stay quiet in front of him was purely based on understanding the dynamics of the house.
According to Vriddhi, Kushal held significant influence during the opening week, and she realised picking a direct fight with him at that point would only work against her. She also noticed that several contestants were hoping she would become the one to challenge him.
Instead of giving them that moment, she chose to play patiently.
Vriddhi shared that although Kushal would often throw subtle taunts her way, he never openly disrespected her. Since there wasn’t any direct confrontation, she felt there was no reason to escalate matters unnecessarily.
“I knew people wanted me to fight with Kushal. But at that time, it would’ve been the wrong move. He wasn’t being upfront rude to me—just passing small taunts. He had the power then, so I thought, let’s take it slow,” she explained.
Everything changed in the second week.
Once the house dynamics began shifting, Vriddhi decided she had had enough. She recalled reaching a point where she refused to tolerate his behaviour any longer.
“Second week mein I was like, ‘Bro, it’s done. I’m not going to listen to your bullsh*t anymore,'” she said, adding that during the first week she was simply hoping someone else would become the target instead of her.
“Koi aur scapegoat bane rather than me,” she concluded.
With her candid admission, Vriddhi made it clear that her early restraint was never about fear—it was a calculated move to survive the game’s initial power structure before choosing the right moment to stand her ground.
