Amruta Subhash has been taking over the internet with her stunning performances in her recently released marathi movies, Parinati and Jarann. The actress recently in an interview exclusively shared an incident from her younger days when she was in love with Aamir Khan and wanted to marry the Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak actor.
Amruta said, “Jab Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak aayi, I was in school… Main theatre se bus stop tak ro rahi thi, because he (Aamir Khan) dies in the movie… I was like I’m going to marry this man! Mujh Aamir Khan se shaadi karni hai… One day I’ll marry this man! Main pagal unke pyaar mein.”
She further added, “Ek baar main school se ghar aayi thi, letter box mein… mere naam pe khath hai. Maine wohi pe open kiya toh, Aamir Khan ki photo, Tum Mere Ho film ki and maine woh palta toh… (it was written), ‘Dearest Amruta, lots and lots of love, Aamir’. I was like ohk! so my love reached.”
Amruta then went on to clarify that her mother, Jyoti Subhash was friends with Suhas Joshi, who was working with Aamir Khan on the movie, Tum Mere Ho, and on her request, got this special letter sent. Isn’t this an interesting trivia, and a major blast from the past moment.
