It was a spectacular show at Tirupati last night with the entire team of Adipurush comprising Prabhas, Kriti Sanon, Sunny Singh, Om Raut releasing the final trailer of the film.
On June 7, Raut, along with Kriti, visited Lord Venkateswara temple in Tirupati. However, controversy erupted after the filmmaker was seen kissing Kriti goodbye outside the temple premises. This led to a social media uproar with BJP State Secretary Ramesh Naidu commenting against it and later deleting his tweet.
Team Adipurush unveiled the final trailer of the film in Tirumala on June 6 and it was a rather spectacular show. On Wednesday, director Om Raut and Kriti Sanon were spotted at Lord Venkateswara temple in Tirupati for darshan. In a video that is now going viral, the filmmaker can be seen kissing Kriti on her cheek as he bid her goodbye. This didn’t go down well with a section of netizens and BJP State Secretary Ramesh Naidu Nagothu, who commented against it.
Taking offence at the public display of affection, the BJP leader questioned if it was necessary. The tweet now stands deleted.
Kriti Sanon and Om Raut visited Lord Venkateswara temple in Tirupati in the morning of June 7. After having a darshan, the two hugged each other and Raut was seen kissing Kriti goodbye as she left in her car.
