At the Shrinathji Temple in Nathdwara, Rajasthan, Radhika Merchant, the daughter of Viren Merchant and Shaila Merchant, and Anant Ambani, the son of Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani, became engaged. In front of family and friends, the “Roka” (engagement) ceremony was held and blessed by temple priests.
The young couple spent the day in the temple, where they performed the Raj-bhog-shringaar rituals and prayed to Lord Shrinathji for his blessing on their upcoming nuptials. The wonderful event will be jointly celebrated by family and friends later today. Parimal Nathwani, Director of Corporate Affairs for Reliance Industries Limited, acknowledged that Anant and Radhika’s Roka ceremony took place in the temple. For the event, Anant wore a blue traditional kurta and Radhika a peach lehenga.
After earning his degree from Brown University in the US, Anant joined Reliance Industries in a number of roles, including as a board member of Jio Platforms and Reliance Retail Ventures. He is now in charge of RIL’s energy business. Radhika Merchant graduated from New York University with a bachelor’s degree in politics and economics. She is a director on the board of Encore Healthcare.

Currently, he is in charge of RIL’s energy division. New York University awarded Radhika Merchant a bachelor’s degree in politics and economics. She sits on the board of directors for Encore Healthcare.
Despite rumours that Radhika and Anant were engaged in 2019, the family at the time declined to confirm the information. In 2018, Radhika performed at Isha Ambani’s sangeet ceremony as part of her particular relationship with the Ambani family.
