Anushka Sharma and Her Parents Buy Two More Flats in Mumbai Worth ₹25.8 Crore, Family Now Owns Three on Same Floor

Anushka Sharma and her parents have acquired two adjoining apartments in Mumbai’s Versova for ₹25.80 crore, adding to the apartment already purchased by Anushka and Virat Kohli in the same luxury project.

Anushka Sharma and her family have made a big-ticket investment in Mumbai’s luxury real estate market. The actor, along with her parents Ashima and Ajay Kumar Sharma, has acquired two adjoining apartments at Godrej Skyshore in Versova for a combined ₹25.80 crore.

The latest property transactions, registered on July 8, 2026, add to the apartment previously acquired by Anushka and her husband, cricketer Virat Kohli, in the same development. Together, the three apartments have a combined transaction value of approximately ₹44.1 crore.

    Anushka Sharma’s ₹14.89 Crore Apartment

According to property registration documents, Anushka has acquired a 2,153 sq ft apartment at Godrej Skyshore for approximately ₹14.89 crore.

The apartment comes with three covered basement parking spaces. The transaction also involved a stamp duty payment of around ₹74.47 lakh.

Since Godrej Skyshore is currently under construction, possession of the apartment is expected on or before June 30, 2031, as mentioned in the registered agreement.

Anushka’s Parents Buy the Adjoining Apartment

On the same day, Anushka’s parents, Ashima and Ajay Kumar Sharma, purchased an adjoining apartment in the development.

The apartment measures around 1,577 sq ft and was acquired for ₹10.91 crore. The transaction attracted stamp duty of approximately ₹65.44 lakh and includes two covered basement parking spaces.

The two apartments purchased by Anushka and her parents together cost ₹25.80 crore.

Three Apartments on the Same Floor

The latest purchases become even more noteworthy because Anushka and her family now have three apartments in the same development and on the same floor.

Earlier, Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma had acquired another apartment at Godrej Skyshore for ₹18.29 crore. That transaction was registered on July 21, 2026.

The apartment measures approximately 2,644 sq ft and comes with three car parking spaces. The couple reportedly paid around ₹1.09 crore in stamp duty along with ₹30,000 in registration fees.

The three apartments are reportedly located on the 24th floor of Tower A, taking the family’s combined property acquisition in the project to around ₹44.1 crore.

A New Luxury Address in Versova

Godrej Skyshore is a premium residential development located on Yari Road in Versova. The project is planned with two towers, five basement levels and 24 upper floors.

According to project documents, the development is expected to have 126 residential units along with commercial and retail spaces.

Versova has increasingly emerged as a prominent luxury residential market in Mumbai, attracting celebrities and affluent homebuyers due to its location and connectivity to the city’s western suburbs.

Anushka and Virat’s Growing Property Portfolio

The latest Mumbai acquisitions add to Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli’s already significant real estate portfolio.

In January 2026, the couple reportedly purchased two adjoining land parcels in Zirad village near Awas Beach in Alibaug for approximately ₹37.86 crore. The combined land area is reported to be more than five acres.

The couple had also acquired an approximately eight-acre plot in Alibaug in 2022 for around ₹19 crore, where they have developed their luxury holiday home.

With their latest investment at Godrej Skyshore, Anushka Sharma, Virat Kohli and Anushka’s parents have further expanded their presence in Mumbai’s premium property market, with three high-value apartments situated within the same luxury development.
