Alia Bhatt and Samay Raina crossed paths again at the special screening of Don’t Be Shy. But it was a cheeky paparazzi comment about Alpha that stole the spotlight.

Alia Bhatt and comedian Samay Raina have reunited months after their memorable interaction on India’s Got Latent Season 2. The two were spotted together at the special screening of Don’t Be Shy, a film produced by Alia, and their latest public appearance quickly caught attention online.

A video from the event shows Alia and Samay greeting each other with a warm hug before chatting and posing together for the paparazzi. Everything appeared casual until one photographer decided to bring up Alia’s film Alpha.

While the two were posing, the paparazzi jokingly told Samay, “Samay bhai, Alpha hit thi.” Alia and Samay seemingly chose to ignore the comment and continued posing for the cameras before eventually walking away from the scene.

The moment comes months after Alia appeared alongside Samay on India’s Got Latent Season 2 while promoting Alpha. The action film, starring Alia Bhatt and Sharvari Wagh, was directed by Shiv Rawail and released in July.

Samay Had Earlier Taken A Dig At Alpha

Samay and Alia’s reunion is particularly interesting because the comedian had previously joked about Alpha during an episode of India’s Got Latent Season 2.

During the episode, Raghav Juyal was promoting his upcoming film Bhai Tera Star Hai. When Raghav mentioned the movie, Samay jokingly questioned the need for him to repeatedly announce it.

Raghav then brought Alia into the conversation, saying that she had also promoted her own film. Samay responded with another playful jab, saying, “Uski bhi nahi chali thi.” The remark left the audience laughing.

Alia and Samay now appear to have put that playful exchange behind them, with the two happily posing together at the Don’t Be Shy screening.
