Jennifer Winget and William Ishmael brought their friends together for a vibrant Goa celebration with Karan Wahi, Riteish Deshmukh, Genelia and more adding to the fun.

Jennifer Winget and William Ishmael may have already said “I do” in an intimate UK ceremony, but the celebrations clearly weren’t over yet! The couple recently brought their close friends together in Goa for a colourful desi-style wedding celebration and glimpses from the evening are already making their way across social media.

The gathering was packed with familiar faces from the television and film fraternity, including Jennifer’s longtime friend Karan Wahi, Riteish Deshmukh, Genelia Deshmukh, Mandira Bedi, Shabir Ahluwalia and others.

Jennifer Goes Full Desi For Her Goa Celebration

For the Goa festivities, Jennifer looked every bit the glamorous bride in a deep purple embroidered blouse paired with a pink bandhani lehenga and matching dupatta. She accessorised the traditional outfit with polki jewellery and a maang tikka, while her soft waves completed the look.

William complemented her perfectly in an ice-blue kurta set.

One of the cutest moments from the celebrations showed Jennifer helping William get into the desi spirit as the two danced together. Another glimpse captured Jennifer sharing a warm hug with Genelia, giving fans a peek into the relaxed and personal vibe of the gathering.

Karan Wahi, Riteish-Genelia & Friends Join The Party

Karan Wahi’s presence naturally caught attention. Jennifer and Karan have been friends for years, and their bond has remained strong long after working together on television. His appearance at the Goa celebration was another glimpse of their enduring friendship.

Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia Deshmukh also joined the celebrations, along with Mandira Bedi and Shabir Ahluwalia.

From A Private UK Wedding To A Goa Celebration

Jennifer and William tied the knot on July 16 in an intimate ceremony in the United Kingdom. The actor later gave fans a glimpse of their special day through a video montage featuring moments from the church ceremony, their vows and the wedding photoshoot.

Sharing the montage on Instagram, Jennifer wrote, “.. and finally our stars aligned! @williamishmael”.

The Goa celebration, meanwhile, appears to have been all about bringing their favourite people together and celebrating their new chapter in a more relaxed, festive setting.

Jennifer was previously married to actor Karan Singh Grover. The former couple separated in 2016.
