Ajay Devgn’s upcoming film Chauhaan has landed in controversy after objections from the Kshatriya Parishad over the film’s title and alleged representation.
The organisation has accused the makers of attempting to politicise Rajput identity and has also raised concerns over the use of the “Chauhaan” clan name in a sensitive context. It has urged the filmmakers to avoid any portrayal that could be interpreted as communal or politically motivated.
The Parishad has reportedly demanded that the makers reconsider the use of the clan reference, stating that such depictions require greater responsibility and cultural sensitivity.

As per the report, the group believes that cinema should avoid misrepresentation of historically significant identities, especially when they hold deep social and cultural importance.
So far, there has been no official response from Ajay Devgn or the makers of Chauhaan.
The film continues to remain in the spotlight due to both its scale and the ongoing controversy surrounding its title.
