Netflix Retains Full Theatrical Cut of Daaku Maharaaj, Dismissing Rumors of Urvashi Rautela’s Scenes Being Removed

Despite swirling rumors about Netflix trimming Urvashi Rautela’s scenes from the OTT version of Daaku Maharaaj, the streaming giant has retained the film’s full theatrical cut. Fans had speculated that certain portions featuring the actress were removed, but a recent confirmation puts those claims to rest. This move ensures that audiences can experience the film exactly as it was originally released in theaters, dispelling any doubts about alterations to its content.

After the mega success of Daaku Maharaaj featuring Nandamuri Balakrishna, Sai Soujanya, S. Thaman, Bobby Kolli, Suryadevara Naga Vamsi, Pragya Jaiswal, Urvashi Rautela and Vijay Kartik Kannan in the theatres, the film has finally made it’s way on OTT and has been released on streaming giant, Netflix.

Reports circulating online suggesting that Netflix had edited out Rautela’s sequences from the digital release, leading to heated discussions among cinephiles and fans of the actress. However, those who have now streamed the film on the platform confirm that no changes have been made. This contradicts the earlier speculation and reassures viewers that the OTT version remains true to the director’s original vision.

Daaku Maharaaj, known for its entertaining plot and flamboyant performances, received significant attention and success upon its theatrical release. Urvashi Rautela’s role, though not central to the film, was a notable part of the story, making the rumors of its removal particularly controversial. With Netflix maintaining the integrity of the film, it is clear that no last-minute alterations were made for the streaming release.
