Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt‘s new Pali Hill mansion has been creating waves since a while now and the recent details making the rounds have left the internet stunned. Ralia’s new house is almost ready for the fam to move into and the details right from what all the house would contain to the approximate cost of the mansion is reportedly out. Word is that the 6-storey house is more expensive than Shah Rukh Khan‘s Mannat and Amitabh Bachchan’s Jalsa.
Ranbir and Alia’s luxury which is allegedly registered under their daughter, Raha’s name is a 6-storey mansion with rooftop gardens (yes! gardens!) and vine-draped balconies. Seeming like a home out of Pinterest now ain’t it? The decor details have been carefully curated by Ranbir, Alia and Neetu Kapoor. Now the jaw-dropping bit is the cost. As per Business Today, the property located at Pali Hill’s platinum belt in Bandra is estimated at an approximate cost of Rs. 250 Crore. Shah Rukh Khan’s Mannat, located in Bandra, is believed to Rs. 200 while Amitabh Bachchan’s Jalsa, located at Juhu, is at Rs. 120 Crore.
Digging a little in the past, reports also state that the house originally belonged to Raj Kapoor and Krishna Raj Kapoor, which was then inherited Rishi and Neetu Kapoor. With the house almost ready for the fam to move into, we are super excited to see some glimpses of this luxurious abode that the Kapoor’s will be calling home.
