Singham Again brings together Rohit Shetty’s biggest cop universe, reuniting all his iconic characters, while also introducing new ones. Rohit Shetty’s Cop Universe brings together some of the biggest names in the Hindi film industry, and while Singham and Simmba have their loyal followings, Akshay Kumar’s Sooryavanshi has carved out a fanbase all its own. Back in 2021, Akshay’s portrayal of the fearless cop was widely celebrated, and now, as he steps back into the role for Singham Again, excitement is at an all-time high.
Interestingly, Singham Again draws inspiration from the epic Ramayana, with the storyline mirroring the timeless battle of good versus evil. The movie reflects this classic theme within the Cop Universe, showcasing the strength of righteousness overcoming wrongdoers. Akshay Kumar’s character, Sooryavanshi, takes on the role of Jatayu—symbolizing selfless heroism. Just as Jatayu sacrifices everything to fight against injustice in the Ramayana, Sooryavanshi embodies a similar spirit, making his return even more powerful.
