Recently, she made headlines for buying a new house in Hyderabad. Reportedly, the 3BHK duplex apartment in Jayabheri Orange County costs a whopping Rs 7.8 crore. This is reportedly her second purchase in Hyderabad.
According to a real estate data analytics firm, CRE Matrix, the property has six parking slots. “The property has a super built-up area of 7,944 sq ft, with 3,920 sq ft on the 13th floor and 4,024 sq ft on the 14th floor,” the description read.
Jayabheri Orange County is one of the posh locations in nanakramguda. However, it is unclear if she will move to this place.
Samantha is a proud owner of a lavish house in Jubilee Hills, where she used to live with her ex-partner, Naga Chaitanya. After their separation in 2021, she has been living in the house with her two pups, Hash and Saasha.
Reportedly, Samantha also bought a home in Mumbai worth Rs 15 crore. The actress’ net worth stands somewhere at Rs 100 crore. She also owns cars such as Land Rover Range Rover Vogue, BMW 7 Series, among other luxurious items.
