As ‘Ponniyin Selvan 2’ hit the screens on Friday, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan marked the occasion with fun clicks with her co-stars. In a series of Instagram posts, the actress posted selfies with Trisha, Sobhita Dhulipala, Jayam Ravi, Karthi and Aishwarya Lekshmi.
In one of the pictures, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Vikram were seen making a heart and it was absolutely adorable! These priceless moments were clicked while Aishwarya was busy promoting ‘Ponniyin Selvan 2’ last week. Directed by Mani Ratnam, ‘Ponniyin Selvan 2’ is based on Kalki Krishnamurthy’s novel of the same name and was released in Tamil on Friday, alongwith dubbed Hindi, Kannada, Telugu and Malayalam versions.
Speaking about the sequel, Jayam Ravi, who plays one of the leads in the movie, had shared, “The first part of the movie was a huge success. The second part will be very emotional. I cannot reveal much now. I am very proud to be part of the film .As everyone expects, the movie has all emotions and is more interesting. I am equally excited as the fans to watch the film on the big screen.” Early estimate suggests that ‘Ponniyin Selvan 2’ has witnessed a decent opening at the box office.
