Jacqueline Fernandez was not part of the Rs 200 crore extortion case, says conman Sukesh

Conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar on Friday said Jacqueline Fernandez was not part of the Rs 200 crore extortion case and she does need to worry because “I am there to protect her”. He was produced before Delhi’s Patiala House Court, where he made statements about jailed Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) minister Satyendra Jain.
Earlier, Sukesh had accused Jain of threats and mental harassment. He had also written to the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi, VK Saxena, about the matter. He claimed that the AAP leader had been pressurizing and harassing him in order to withdraw cases filed against them. In court, he challenged the AAP government to drop Jain from the cabinet ranking.
Further, Sukesh accused Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP), Deepak Sharma, of extorting money from him and leaking a video from inside the jail, showing raids at his barrack.
Meanwhile, the Delhi court extended Sukesh’s ED custody by two days, till Monday. The ED has also summoned film producer Karim Morani in connection with the case.
Speaking to reporters, conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar today said jail officials extorted money from him and that he had given the same in writing. On Satyendra Jain, the conman said he paid him more than Rs 70 crores.
Sukesh said he had revealed everything to the Enforcement Directorate during interrogations, the details of which will be put out on the chargesheet. The conman further said he is wealthy enough to fund himself and that he will contest elections next year.
Commenting on whether actor Jacqueline Fernandez is a part of the extortion case, Sukesh said, “Jacqueline is not a part of this case, she does not need to worry, I am there to protect her.”
