RRR wins at the Golden Globe Awards! Bollywood celebrities pour their wishes out for their win

The cast and audience of SS Rajamouli’s magnum opus RRR awoke to the news that “Naatu Naatu,” sung by Kaala Bhairava and Rahul Sipligunj, and composer MM Keeravani, had won the Golden Globe for Best Original Song. The two principal stars of the movie, Ram Charan and Jr. NTR, as well as Rajamouli, were seen jumping for joy at the news. Numerous actors from the Indian film industry have expressed their congratulations to the RRR crew ever since the award was announced.
Keeravani noted in his acceptance speech that he was pleased to be celebrating the prize with his wife. He continued, “This honour goes to my brother and the film’s director, SS Rajamouli, for his vision, and I appreciate him for his ongoing confidence in and support of my work. Ram Charan and Jr. NTR received praise from him as well for their enthusiastic delivery of the song.
Ram Charan had shared how it feels to be at the Golden Globes with his film RRR before the film’s team won the award. He talked to The Hollywood Reporter ahead of the award ceremony and said, “It’s a surreal moment right now, I have no words to explain how much hard work the whole team put in and coming from South of India, and coming to the ‘mecca’ of films and being appreciated, it just gives us more energy to come back and do better films. I would love to work with one of the top directors here, I want them to experience us. Cinema is coming together, thanks to the pandemic, yes there are a lot of downsides, but the upside is that everybody was exposed to a lot of films across the globe.”
