Janhvi revealed that she almost decided to quit acting after she missed her sister Khushi Kapoor’s first shot on the sets of The Archies.
She said, “I was there for Khushi’s first day of the shoot but I had to leave before she could take her first shot. I was there for her hair and make-up. I had to leave because I had to reach Lucknow to shoot Bawaal and I cried and cried and cried. I was like, ‘Kaisi behen hoon main, what does it all even mean, I wasn’t able to be there for her, for her first day of shoot’ and I was just like in the worst mood. I was like acting ho gaya mera, main chod rahi hoon, I have to be there for my sister. I need to make sure everything is good”.
