Bollywood actress Janhvi Kapoor escaped a major wardrobe malfunction as the zip of her outfit broke minutes before she walked down the red carpet of the grand Filmfare Awards 2023. The Filmfare Awards ceremony was held in Mumbai on April 27, Thursday, in Mumbai and it was a star-studded gala night.
Celebs made sure to put their best foot forward for one of B-Town’s biggest award shows and they also belted out some entertaining performances on stage.
Janhvi Kapoor was one of the many divas who walked down the red carpet of Filmfare Awards on Thursday night. She added a pop of colour to the gala night as she turned up in a gorgeous purple gown.
In a freak accident, Janhvi Kapoor’s gown’s zip broke 12 minutes before her performance. She captioned her post, “when the zip of your gown rips 5 minutes before the red carpet and 12 minutes before you have to perform on stage”
Janhvi made heads turn as she arrived at the venue wearing the elaborate yet chic gown. She kept her accessories and makeup to the minimum, and paired her outfit with a statement choker necklace.
